Terre des Passages Chardonnay - Økologisk

A free, precise Jura Chardonnay, half raised in old barrels and half in steel, with minimal sulphur, tastes good with new beginnings.

Fun fact: this is the first vintage from Agathe and Nicolas Manier, who also raise 25 Charolais heifers on 35 hectares of meadow.

Taste: white peach, lemon and a flinty edge, precise and fine.

Food: turbot or plaice with beurre blanc.
