Le Parfum de la Nuit - Økologisk

Hugo's own Gamay from grey marl, 15 days on whole berries, aged in old barrels and a concrete egg, no added sulphur. Darker and spicier, tastes good with late nights.

Fun fact: the whole plot is 0.1 hectare, about the size of four tennis courts.
