“About the domaine, we created it from scratch in 2014. It is a new life project, Aurélie was a postwoman and I was a researcher in environmental sciences. Bad experiences in our domains pushed us to start something new.

We started with 3,5ha rented to a neighbour. We also rented a space for the chai (in Lagnes, near L’Isle sur Sorgue) and bought “vintage” tanks, press, pumps etc. It took us time to find our way, to learn vinification, to find more vines and land to buy and rent. Today we run a 10ha domaine. We are 4, working along the year plus a team of 10 to 12 people for the harvest.

Our head is full of projects, we plant new vines every year, along with trees (for the fruits but also for the shade and their many other advantages).”
