Domaine Paul Gadenne

Paul Gadenne is native of Dunkerk & discovered the vineyards during seasonal work while he was in highschool.
In 2015 he started his Higher National Diploma in viticulture & oenology in Beaune, Bourgogne.
Domaine Paul Gadenne was created in 2019 and is located in the village of Chignin. The wine estate covers around 4,5 hectares of vineyard in the villages of Chignin, Saint-Jeoire Prieuré, Myans, Apremont & Saint-Jean-de-la-porte.
The vines are organic or in conversion organic agriculture & all the work is done by hand.
The wines are with Indigenous yeasts & after finishing the alcoholic fermentation, raised on the fine lees for 8 months. A little sulfur as possible is used during the bottling.
